Sorry to say I really like the guy personally. Yes his prices are high but he came recommended so I didn’t care. I asked one thing, please get started as soon as possible so I don’t have to replace the whole yard. Well here it is two weeks later, after a couple calls he told me tomorrow, then when tomorrow came I would call then told tomorrow. Let me start by saying I have used Mike for years. He was honest and dependable and did great work. Over the last year it's gone down hill. I am not sure if it was Covid or issues as he scaled up. Like someone else posted here, having him not bid for a job is a HUGE mistake. Since I have used him for years happily, I just trusted him to do work and it would be fair. I started a large job with him that he mis managed. He had 5 guys there for days when most of the time his guys were not doing anything but standing around. Norm... read more
Service technician Matt did a great job replacing our sprinkler pump motor. Very pleased with the quality of his work.
We have used them Many times before, but unfortunately, they are so good that they were booked out for over a month and with a broken irrigation line, I just couldn't wait. BUT I would Absolutely consider them in the future. No complaints, every service tech that has come over has been good and the prices were fair. Only 4 stars because they're too busy to get to me in a timely manner. But I'm calling you Next time Mike!
