We had a water emergency - I clipped our upside faucet with my lawnmower and broke it. What a mess! We called Mike’s Plumbing that afternoon, and Geno came first thing the next morning. He is so knowledgeable about his craft, and had our water up and running in no time. Very reasonable price, especially since he had to travel an hour to get to our house. Water heater leak. Mike's dispatched a technician quickly. Tyler was prompt, curtious and proffessional. He replaced my water heater same day. He did a great job and left area perfectly clean.A + job by Mike s Plumbing Tyler and Katie in the office also was also very helpful and pleasant.
Had a water leak. Water bill was high. Called Mikes plumbing came out yesterday and scheduled a tech out today at 7:30 amvery polite very knowledgeable took care of my problem. He was an awesome worker. Will now use Mike's Plumbing here in Naples from now on. The price was exactly what he said it would be. No hidden fees nothing added on. Definitely a 5 Star + company
Matt is upfront and honest I knew exactly what I was ordering and paying for without any additional hidden costs. Great communication and knowledgeable, gave me options, answered all questions taking me through the process. Both Matt and Manny took pride in their work and did an AWESOME job of installing my new water heater!
