This is a REAL REVIEW with evidences. We all know that 5-star reviews can be bought, unfortunately... I called this company because I had a leak on the back of my toilet. I was charged $85 for the callout, and after I mentioned that a gasket probably needed replacing, I was assured that the company had plenty of spare parts in its truck. I should point out that the toilet was purchased at Home Depot, so it's very common.
