If I could give them a zero star I would. They put in a tank fully aware that there was a Crack that went along the whole tank into an empty home I manage. As we waited for the new residents to be approved the tank began to leak for several weeks and cause damages to the room below the tank. This company decided after their negligence to not even check to verify the water didn't damage or harm the lighting which water came through nor the ceiling that water sat in for weeks dripping out. They came out quickly for my clogged toilet. I got a quote beforehand and some adds on they might have had to do (worst case was replace the toilet). Luckily they did not have to and actually overquoted me which I was so greatful for! I will be calling them again!

We contracted Mike's to have a PRV replaced in our crawl space. They were able to not only replace it, but move the PRV valve and the main shut-off inside the house for a very reasonable fee. The technicians were very knowledgeable, answered questions with patience, and presented us options for the repair.
Great job unclogging kitchen drain after other plumber couldn't.
