We purchased our water heater brand new from ****'s in OCT 2020 and it immediately had issues providing consistent hot water. We had hot for a few minutes at a time, then cold for a few minutes and so on. ****'s sent multiple plumbers over the course of weeks, removing and replacing parts; putting water on the floor each time.
