I can't say enough great things about Mike! I picked him because he had the best reviews on Yelp. I was moving into a new house that day and he came to provide the estimate to get the locks changed. Because I'm a nut about my security, I was really hoping he could install the new locks that day. He offered to come back at 9 pm that night to install them. I don't know any other business that would do that. He was also so great at explaining all of my options and wasn't pushy in the slightest bit about which ones to purchase. ... read more

We locked ourselves out of our house one afternoon at rush hour. Mike's Locksmith's dispatcher, a very nice and effective lady, moved things around till it was possible to give us prompt help, despite the fact that Mike was many miles away. Mike let us know exactly when he would arrive, and there he was right in time. He opened and fixed the door promptly and, because of the good planning and timely arrival, neither my son nor I had to suffer in the cold. Good service, caring professionals.

Our deadbolt broke on the 4th of July, and Mike came right out to fix it - from the time I placed the call to the time everything was fixed was less than an hour! Highly recommended!
They are quick and friendly. They just helped out my dad this past weekend and we keep their contact info at my office for any emergencies. 10/10.
It is a very good company. They're very reliable. And the store is fantastic and neat.
