First time going through the process of having a wheel built and I have to say they did an amazing job! Kind, answered all my questions and made sure I understood what needed to be done. They really helped me bring this bike back up to riding form.

Mike and the staff keeps the fun in your outdoor activities. They have made great recommendations for gear choices and the locations to use them. The shop rides and indoor sessions are a fun time.
I had a problem late in the day yesterday, a Friday evening, and Jay spared no effort to make sure I was fixed up and ready to continue on the Trans America route. Really appreciate Jay’s caring and professionalism. #TOTALLYAWESOME
