Nothing but superior compliments for the staff at Mike's Custom Golf Carts. I purchase the golf cart last week and the staff was wonderful. I had an issue with the charger (no fault of Mikes) and without hesitation or questioning they immediately stood by their product and exchanged it no questions asked. Would highly recommend Mike's to anyone in the market for a quality golf cart or golf cart accessory.
I purchased my husband a cart for Christmas and I was extremely pleased with how informative and helpful they were. He answered all my questions and delivered it to me within a time frame that suited me to hide it from my hubby until the holiday. Thank you so much for your help he loves it and is excited to start using it in the woods. We took a little family outing on it yesterday and rode it around on my family farm. Such a sweet ride thanks again! Highly recommended from Delaware!
Big liar/good salesperson. I guess goes hand in hand. I like the paint on my golf cart. A drop of gasoline in the tank on delivery and burn exhaust pipe. Will NEVER recommend.
Horrible customer service from the father/owner. The son was wonderful until the father yelled at him for being nice to my husband earlier that day making him want to come back the same day however walked out later that afternoon because of the father/owners ignorance. Went to a place in franklinville. Got a better deal and very friendly service.
Great people. We just drove 3 hours to mikes to get the cart we had been looking for. Came in on a Sunday for delivery. Went over everything and had me out with in the hour. Great customer service . Thanks rob
Drove 2 hours to get to Mike's it was worth the drive! Excellent service got everything I wanted and stayed under budget. I love this golf cart, runs great and looks awesome no problems at all.
