Mike s repair was fine, just twenty mins of labor, no parts and yet he charged us 481.00 !!!! Highway Robbery.....This is just taking advantage of people. No one makes 400.00 an hour for a repair.

Mike should no be selling/installing garage doors. The garage door we ordered from Mike and was installed is not the door we ordered. It’s clearly different that what is written on our contract, but that is minimal compared to the installation. After the installers left we noticed that there were missing lag screws. When we tried to address the issues with Mike we were told we received the exact door we ordered and that we must have removed the lag screws ourselves. Ok, I rarely leave reviews. But after my experience with the business owner (Mike) I felt compelled. Basically, the guy that he sent to do my garage doors was lovely (Justin). Justin did a great job, and was very easy to work with. He was fast, efficient, and very helpful in explaining how the new gargare door motors worked. It was a job well done, and I was ready to give the business 5 stars. Mike the owner is not a honest person. He says one thing and does another. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Mike's Garage Doors unless you want additional headaches.

Complete rip off . $450 for 20 minutes of work to reset tension cables. No parts needed replaced that was only labor. Company website advertises $129 for a spring install including parts and 1 hour of labor. Not sure how 20 minutes of labor adds up to $450 for similar work. I asked service technician about warranty and he quoted 2 years while the invoice did not include a warranty clause at all and company website claims 1 year. Simply misleading. they installed garage door and opener. 2 weeks after install door would not go down. the support wires wrapped around shaft. called teck. that installed it. said he could not come that evening. would come 8 am in mourning. showed up at 10:30. said it was fixed. 2 weeks later same thing happens. called teck. said he was on vacation, offic would call right back. nope. afther 45 min i called office. Id put less than one star in this position only because the man came out to replace One spring on my garage door he told us that we needed to replace two because of the age of our garage door which we agreed to upon replacing both springs of the door he also replace two drums on both sides of the door the left side drum is off-center to the right side drum causing the wires that connect the garage door to the opener blew our garage door opener and they said that it was our fault we called out another garage door company and ... read more

My garage door was opening and closing automatically randomly without any reason. I called this Mikes Garage door company. He told us to pay 90 $ for coming and charged another 80 $ for doing something. He left with cash $170 and did not give any receipt. After he left the door was still opening and closing as before.I called him again , he asked for $550 to replace the motor. We used him. The garage door was opening and closing by itself. The tech came and did something charged $170 cash and left. Didn't give receipt.The problem is still there. Called but he is reluctant and asking $550 to replace. Worst company to ever work with. If you like to be ripped off call them. SO DISAPPOINTED.
