Mike s repair was fine, just twenty mins of labor, no parts and yet he charged us 481.00 !!!! Highway Robbery.....This is just taking advantage of people. No one makes 400.00 an hour for a repair.
Mike Sheppard wanted to bill me $79.00 for a service call, which sounds reasonable. However, he put two wheels back on the track in 15 minutes and handed me an invoice for $280.00. Can't be disputed. He said his time, his gas (he lives four miles away, his assistant (all she did was hand me an electronic signature box), parts (there were none), and his expertise - demanded $280.
