Family was not satisfied with the investigation. Initial quote seemed high and they claimed they couldn’t do the work unless things were added that are not currently broken. Also did not give good explanation why their prices were the way they are. Overall it felt expensive and like unnecessary price hiking. Another repair shop came and family had a more satisfactory investigation and quoting process. The shop also fixed everything with warranty for much less. I’m sure Mikes team does great work.
My garage door now works perfectly! The technician was skilled and efficient.
They had to replace the cable. Thank you guys for helping me out
Their new rollers truly helped; the door glides easily today.
