The technician that Mike sent to my rental property tried to get me to replace a 4 year old furnace for $7,000 because an induction motor ($400) had burned out. The motor was still under warranty, but the tech made no attempt to investigate whether I was interested in pursuing getting it replaced under warranty, and spoke to me as though I was wasting his time by seeking to understand why a 4 year old furnace suddenly needed to be replaced. After talking with a nice fella a few weeks ago (I can't remember his name) he helped schedule a technician out (Carter) to look at my water softener. It needed to be replaced. Now my wife (E'Norma) and I have soft water again! Great job and thank you for everything!
