DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK PRODUCT When three of four prongs broke off a ring that Mike’s Custom Jewelry reset for me just three years before, I lost a diamond that I had inherited from my Mother; something you just can’t put a price tag on. Mike told me that he never warranties or guarantees settings on center stones. He claimed that the average lifespan of a prong is only three to five years, a questionable statement given that people wear rings for decades without prongs breaking. I took three pieces of jewelry to be resized and remade to Mike's. Anatasia was wonderful to work with and had a great idea for my mother's wedding ring that I wanted to change to a pendant. It is beautiful and I get several comments when I wear it. I also had my grandmother's wedding ring resized. It fits perfectly and I love wearing it. Dream come true – May 9,2009 my wonderful husband and I picked up my custom wedding ring that Mike designed for us. Words can not describe how beautiful this ring is. My ring was to cost $ 5000.00 yet when we went in Mike only charged us $ 3,100 :):) Everyone can't help notice my ring for it's truly breath taken. When in New York I had Tiffany's to also give me an appraisal, wow was I blow away when they stated my ring was worth $ 10,000. I can not begin to say enough good things about this store! The employees there are some of the friendliest people I have had the pleasure to meet. Absolutely no pressure sales here. Mike has got to be one of the friendliest guys and most professional jewlers around. I took my fiancé into him after being recommended by a friend and he spent hours with us showing us exactly what my fiancé was looking for and listening very intently on what we liked and stayed within our price range. We continued to look at other jewlers but most of them were so impersonal and rude to us we didn't even get to see any rings. I had the greatest experience at Mike's. Mike waited on me and I was so impressed with his "down to earth" attitude, he made me feel very comfortable. The piece he made for me met all of my expectations and I could not have been happier! I will never trust my jewelry to anyone but Mike!

Mike reset an old diamond in it's old setting for us and it is just absolutely gorgeous. Becky was so friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like she was a family member. Thanks for doing such an awesome job.
