Went in looking for replacement bags for an 25 + old vac. They were out, but they dug up a single to get me by. Will have some ordered in asap. How nice for them to go out of there way to help out a customer. Great store, with great selection. Highly recommend
Mike installed a Beam central vacuum unit in our home about a year ago to replace the 20-year-old Beam that wore out. We kept our old vacuum head but it broke today...like things break after 20 plus years. I called Mike and even though he was out of his office he told me he would meet me there in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I was on my way with the repaired Beam head. This as opposed to dropping it off somewhere and waiting 2 weeks. Thanks Mike! Your customer service is A++++++
I have an older Electrolux Central Vacuum system that stopped working. Since I love to figure out how to fix things, I narrowed the problem down to the circuit board... I found this business online, gave Mike a call, and he was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!!! He tested my motor, tested the board, and sold me a replacement board and answered my installation questions. The new circuit board works perfectly! Rarely do you see such great customer service!!!! Thanks Mike !!!!!
