We recently purchased a brand new 2022 F-150 from ******* **** and were given 2 free car washed at Mike's Car Wash. This past Sunday, 4/2/23, we used one of the coupons and after as we were drying off the truck, we discovered several large scratches around both wheel wells on the passenger side. I really liked Mike's car wash until Saturday February 18th. Around 4:30pm I stopped at this location to get my 2022 *****Suburban washed. This is the only Mikes Car Wash I have taken my new car through and never had a problem. As I was leaving the car wash and sitting at the intersection of riverside and loveland madeira I noticed swirl scratches and straight line scratches all over my windshield. BEWARE of this company. They do nothing but LIE on all their signs. “We are responsible for any damage” is the biggest lie I’ve ever been told by a company. I brought my 2016 BMW which was flawless before going through by the way and it comes out scratched all to heck down the passenger side. On January 16, 2022 I went through the car wash with my 2018 ****** Versa and the brushes nearly ripped off my back bumper. The manager had me fill out an incident report and said someone will contact me within 5 business days. As of January 31, 2022 I have not received a phone call. The manager said if the bumper is not flush with the rear quarter panel, this would happen and he will review the camera footage. My husband and I took our 2020 Toyota 4-Runner to Mike’s Carwash for the first time last Sunday. After going through we got scratches on the rear driver’s side. We complained and took pictures of the damage and just received a letter from their corporate office stating that we did not get the damage from there. Why would we lie about this? I went to Mike's Carwash yesterday. I left with chips all over my windshield and hood. I immediately filled out paperwork and they took pictures. Then they replied with "sorry, it's not our fault, and here are some coupons." My windshield was fine before the wash. It wasn't dirty and there weren't any chips. And now I have to have it replaced. Our District Manager was the manager that took ******* ********claim on March 4, 2021 and inspected her vehicle when filing the claim. The damage she is claiming unfortunately is not consistent of what our carwash equipment would be capable of doing. We washed a total of 652 other Mike's customers before washing Ms. ********vehicle with no issues. We would suggest that she turn this over to her insurance carrier and we can further discuss this with them. Thank you
I bought my car less than two weeks ago in perfect condition, took it to Mikes off Maysville and got stuck in the car wash for 12 minutes with the brush beating on my car. I could clearly smell burning. Came out and had deep friction burns on my driver side door exactly where the brush was hitting it as well as scratches on the hood. Your Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!! I purchased a car wash package online, submitted it and received an error. checked my order and submitted again. Then noticed that I was charged twice on my CC.. I e-mailed them and told them to cancel the second order explaining what had happened. I never got a response back, e-mailed their customer service, no response! I then called their support number, left a message no call back!!! Then I contacted my CC company opened a dispute with them.
