We hadn’t used our bikes for about a year and just needed to get it serviced to make sure everything’s ok. Every other plan I called said they didn’t have an appointment , will not be ready until next week. But Rob from Mikes bike was very helpful and he said he will see the bikes and he can tell if it needs more servicing or just quick check up. I was quoted $40 a month ago for shifter installation. Went in and got quoted at $60 this time. Person helping me was quite rude. He said " well prices changed, everything changed". Wasn't willing to reduce price at all. Called other shop and was quoted $35. My last visit was pleasant, this time was terrible. Will not be returning to this shop ever again.

Bought a bike a few months ago, and the rear brake just broke. Went to get it fixed. Put in a work order for fixing one, but it seems they didn't read the instructions on the work order, which ended up costing me twice the amount. Sure, I was offered to speak to a manager, but I didn't choose to.
