I’ve been there number times usually just get air in my tires today Mark the technician filled up my tire, but warned me that my tire needed to be replaced. I said OK maybe next time I leave the place and about five minutes later my tire pops just like he predicted!! I had to go back and get a new one, but he was great very efficient ,he does excellent work. He’s been there a long time and he is probably one of the better employees although everybody else’s nice enough.

Purchased a Cervelo Road Bike with SRAM Force AXS on sale with an excellent bike fitting by Christopher Bonilla, a tech who also specializes in such with their latest technology. He even installed stuff like the bottle cages and Garmin components at no extra charge. Bike tech replaced tube for me. When I returned he said he replaced something else inside the tire as well which was making my bike susceptible to flats. They should have called to offer such a repair. I should’ve refused to pay for the extra part.
Mike’s does a great job with the new bike selling process, including test rides. Service quality also has been great, though wait times can be long. Overall, they’re a great neighborhood bike shop.
I had a great experience at Mike’s Bikes thanks to Clay. I bought a bike that arrived in less-than-ideal condition due to shipping (through no fault of his or mine), and Clay went above and beyond to make things right. He handled the situation professionally, kept me informed, and made sure I left completely satisfied. His customer service turned a frustrating situation into a perfect shopping experience. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Mike’s Bikes—and especially Clay! ♂️
