Great Service. We try e few bikes, did not have the right size but they will bring one from another store to try
I was quoted $40 a month ago for shifter installation. Went in and got quoted at $60 this time. Person helping me was quite rude. He said " well prices changed, everything changed". Wasn't willing to reduce price at all. Called other shop and was quoted $35. My last visit was pleasant, this time was terrible. Will not be returning to this shop ever again.
Bought a bike a few months ago, and the rear brake just broke. Went to get it fixed. Put in a work order for fixing one, but it seems they didn't read the instructions on the work order, which ended up costing me twice the amount. Sure, I was offered to speak to a manager, but I didn't choose to.
Great mechanics and friendly staff with fantastic in stock selection of parts and bikes.
If you are a serious biker whether its MTB or road biking and you take your equipment serious this place is not for you. There are better bike shops for maintenance and quality service purposes.
