This establishment provided an excellent experience. As someone who does not have extensive knowledge about cars, I truly appreciated how clearly and professionally everything was explained to me. I spoke with Kevin over the phone, and he took the time to walk me through each step with patience and courtesy. Worst experience ever!!!! They did come out promptly and to tow car. After that, all down hill. Lies, lied over and over again. stopped counting after 10 or 12. Took a week and a half to get car back. yes, part due to being closed during BBq fest. BUT, they told me it'd be done before then. Bill was extremely high. wouldn't negotiate or anything. Do NOT EVER use this "company". I sure won't.
Tow driver reeked of alcohol while towing my car. Ended up damaging my car and tried to lie and say the damage was already there. After talking to others locally turn out this place is known for doing bad repairs and tows!!
Pretty damn high but they didn't let the chicken ruin in the car they paid it to the stray cats so the card didn't smell bad when I went and picked it up so we good
