I came to Mike's Auto shop very nervous about issues with my truck. It's my lifeline just like I'm sure many others feel about their vehicle. I walked in and Dan parked my truck in the garage, popped the hood and took the time to explain what was going on. He showed me things under the hood and even showed diagrams on the computer to educate me. We went for a drive and he asked me a series of questions while driving to diagnose the issues.
