Talented mechanics in a poorly managed shop. I set an appointment, a week out, towed my car over and they didn’t even look at it. Instead they closed the shop down that day for two weeks. No phone call, no sign on the door – just my car locked up in back. After re-opening, they still didn’t communicate a status on my car, even lying about when I’d get an answer. Finally I had to just show up to get my keys. Very disrespectful.

I can always rely on services here for my 2012 BMW X5. Very honest and thorough. I feel that the prices for services are fair compared to the RIP off at the BMW dealership. Very nice guys!
