Very unorganized! They did a tire inspection, talked to the manufacturer about my warranty claim, then quoted me a price for a set of tires and told me that it would be good for a few weeks. Two weeks later when I went in to pay and get them ordered, they spent about 10 minutes digging through stacks of post it notes, in random unmarked envelopes in various drawers just to come to tell me that I need to start over with everything because they couldn't find my quote.
