They are fabulous! It was the cheapest place I have ever gone for repair work and they were very flexible. I cant bring myself to go anywhere else now. Women, dont be afraid of being taken advantage of.
I was recommend by a co-worker and also saw some positive reviews here (and the not so positive review wasnt really a negative in my opinion).I took my vehicle to the dealer I normally do and they quoted me an absurd amount of money to do a repair so I asked around and found out about this place. We have been going to Mikes for 15 years and we have never had a problem with their service. They are very fair, helpful and friendly. We have always felt that they are honest and do quality work. If they were unable to give a quote over the phone, like one reviewer commented on, it was probably because they needed to see the vehicle to give an accurate estimate. If they can quote something over the phone, they will. We will continue to be customers and highly recommend them to anyone.
They wont give you a quote over the phone. Pretty horrible way to do business. They might be cheap but Im not driving down there just for a quote so Ill just find someone who is willing to work.
