Mike's is a great place. I had two accidents handled by Jerry first and Justin the other. They were polite, knowledgeable. They kept me informed all the way and received constant messages as the care went thru the different stages. After repairs the car looked like knew.Completely detailed and clean. I would recommend them time after time.
My car was in an accident we took it to mikes as recommendation from geico. The repairs were done with no problems the waiting was another story but it wasn't there fault, I had some issues after the car was done but they took care of it, overall the experience was fine and because of been a geico recommendation the work is guaranteed so i got no complains other than i wish i had auto rental because this repair took for ever.

I took my first car over to Mike's last year. I only had minor damage on my front head lights. Someone there told me,it could not be fixed. My car was still drivable. So I had to leave it there.
Mikes is the best in the State of Florida for the professional and caring you receive from each party involved with work on your vehicle. Communication as to work being done is amazing. Mike's Auto Body Repair did a marvelous job repairing my 2010 Malibu. Given that it was just short of totaled, they worked their magic for me. They were courteous, kept me informed by text as the car went through its many stages of repair, and did the kind of job that I would have done myself, if I were able. Stay away from Mike's Auto Body at all costs! While my new convertible was in for repairs, they took it out joyriding, damaged it and then lied about it. When I confronted the owner John, he lied about it as well. He was even smug enough to tell me to "Go ahead and file a complaint with the state. It won't get you anywhere. We get them all the time and I just ignore them!"
