I took my father’s 2016 Toyota Highlander to Crash Champions on North Main in Walnut Creek and was very disappointed with the experience. Victor promised to send me an estimate, but never did. I had to return to the office myself to obtain it, and throughout the process there was little communication or follow-through. I also had to repeatedly follow up regarding the insurance claim because no one seemed to be proactively managing the process. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE I recently had $10k of repairs done at this shop and they created more problems than they solved. Now, I have to have the work COMPLETELY redone. There was obviously NO QA. They tried to have me pick up my vehicle while it was missing a license plate. When I did arrive to pick it up, the window seal was literally hanging off the car. They didn't seal the inside of the door, either. In fact, the door that they were supposed to fix is STILL BROKEN. Now, there's air coming into the front of the car... read more
