We trusted you because the service manager and staff were very nice. But they failed to focus on certain factors, which disappointed us. And certain invoicing claims were not processed into accounts that were either impossible at all or untouched. When we went to inspect the car, and most importantly the certain functions didn't work properly. So we spent twice as much money to solve the problem.
