Got my windshield cracked and paint chipped from some rocks. Came here and they sure took care of my vehicle. They made great accommodations to my busy schedule and really took the time on the job which I did not mind. Excellent service as well. They keep you updated through your mobile device. We did not refuse to fix your vehicle, you chose not to pay out of pocket for the the additional repairs Safeco denied after they determined it was not related to the claim. We are governed by the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the Department of Insurance. We were not trying to save Safeco a couple of dollars, we were making sure we were not committing insurance fraud.
