I had some body work done at Mike's in Woburn, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The work was superbly done, and the receptionists were wonderful—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They guided me through each step and made everything easy and stress-free. I even ran into a rental car issue, and they resolved it quickly without any hassle. Overall, a top-notch auto body shop. Highly recommended!
I’ve been using Mike’s for @ 20 years for every car we’ve had - top notch service, turn around time, and absolutely no nonsense. Most recently, I had a bumper repair done on a brand new car and fully expected to have to replace the entire bumper piece due to damage.. Mike was able to completely repair the bumper without replacing it and it looks brand new again. Anywhere else would have told me I needed to purchase a brand new one + labor to replace it. Go see Mike - he’s the absolute best in the business.
This place is a hack, tried to pocket money by not replacing all parts. Paint job was bad, missed spots, drips, panels not clicked bad in place. Left car window open in the rain. Complete joke.
