We frequent Mikes, I don't see that changing anytime soon. Food and service always on point!
My husband has eaten at Mike's twice and has talked numerous times about taking me there sometime. After a recent trip to Richmond VA we made sure to include a side trip to Mike's American" on our way home to PA. So glad we took the time to add the extra miles to our trip. Food was excellent - Drunken ribeye and salmon were delicious. Warm white chocolate bread pudding with ice cream and caramel was the "ahhh" to the end of the meal. Service was outstanding. Amazing. My husband and I stopped in for lunch while traveling back to Williamsburg, VA and Mikes American popped up on our GPS. We hit a gold mine! Everything was well made! Our service was excellent our drinks were never empty. We had the iced tea (surprisingly delicious) fire cracker shrimp, crab cake, bacon cheese burger, and bread pudding. Everything was superb! The cheeseburger... well, I'll never be satisfied with another cheeseburger. It was tender, delicate and delicious!
I'am from Germany...and I have to say it was the best steak that I EVER had in my life!!!! Incredible!!!! Danke!!!
Consistency. You can be adventurous here, BC it will always be good. Blackend pork chops, filet and crabcake to their ridiculous deserts. Nothing is ever sub par. Don't sleep on the soup or salads either. Their lobster bisque has yet to be surpassed in my mind.
Terrible service. They were horribly rude to my entire party. Will never go back and will discourage others whenever possible!
The best drunken ribeye in town...I enjoy eating at this place with my favorite guy #1 and only son!! I love you!
