Ian from Mikes came out and took care of our AC issues we discovered after the purchase of a new home. Great guy, very personable and knowledgeable. 10/10 would use again and would recommend. Even gave my son a hat! Thanks again.

Have you ever been ghosted by a company? Mikes came in to do an inspection, and ensured they would follow up with pricing to fix the issue.. After placing multiple ignored phone calls and emails later , I believe we were officially ghosted by a company we were trying to pay to do a job they advertize being capable of. If you are incapable of fixing the issue or simply dont want to, just say so. We will go to a different business. But ignoring? Extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely brutal. They sent some guy who spent hours trying to figure out the issue and never did. But had no problem sending me a bill for over $400 and no repair. I called 5 times for follow up and never a call back. My buddy who by no means is a fridge guy fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Use Dorsett's much better and cheaper
