I attribute many of my biggest and most positive life transformations to the work I've done with Sherri Mikels-Romero. She does an incredible job at guiding you to the answers and solutions which already lie within you. And to the last reviewer- if you're going to therapy and you're not ready to get uncomfortable... then I'm sorry but you probably weren't going to get very far anyway. No need to tarnish Sherri's practice, because you weren't ready.

I was referred to Sherri by a very dear friend. At that time in my life, I was struggling with depression. Sherri was so kind and patient with me and NEVER pushed me or forced me to do anything that made me uncomfortable. I later returned to see Sherri to help me with PTSD, after I was bullied while working at the Pima County Public Defenders Office. Again, she NEVER pushed me or forced to do anything. Please don't force patients to do things they might be really uncomfortable doing. You gave me trauma from therapy Thanks!
