Our AC went out in the afternoon on a near 100 degree day with a 4 month old fussy baby at home. I called this place and left a message at around 6pm after hours, got a call back an hour or so later. The serviceman named Kyle asked what was going on, and he came to our house shortly thereafter. The AC was fixed within the hour and the company also gave us a break on the emergency after hours rates. Very grateful for the quick response, thank you Kyle and Mike Watson heating and cooling. I can't say enough good things about their service, professionalism, and courtesy. They diagnosed my HVAC unit quickly when others couldn't figure it out. They came asap with a storm approaching, and stayed past closing time to make sure I was good to go. They were also honest about not being able to get my part under warranty because I foolishly got our unit elsewhere, and made sure I didn't buy a pricey part out of pocket. The service charge was VERY reasonable and I'm glad I called them!

Kyle arrived a few minutes early. Serviced the furnace to include removing construction dust. Made the air cleaner function properly. Made the hydration device function properly. properly. Arranged for Spring and Fall maintenance next year. I also requested Kyle do the maintenance work next SP and FA. Kyle is a keeper. 5 stars +

WOW! I can’t even begin to express my gratitude. From the time I called them to the time my AC was fixed, it was less than 6hrs. (It’s late July, and the heat was BAD!) The techs and office staff were so helpful and kind. Will be using them in the future! Thank you!
