They charged me 5 hours of diagnosis on my Levante and did not resolve my issue, they also had little to no technical explanation of what the noise is and why they claim it’s normal. This noise is NOT normal, I even provided a video of an identical vehicle that does not make that noise. They said “that one is normal too”. If it’s normal, then why is it different?? Absolutely horrific repaints on a lot of their inventory. The blue ZL1 Camaro--the entire front end doesn't fit together right. This black Aston the hood gap is off, the bumper gap is off. Then there's a vantage in the showroom, silver, where half of the car has been repainted--and it's a brand new car! Absolutely unacceptable. Do better. No wonder they lost their RR department.

Let me begin by writing that I hate writing a bad review, I have restaurants & know how a negative one can effect a business. My experience with the service department so far has been sub par. Started with Kyle who isn't particularly friendly or helpful, I called him once and texted him twice asking him to call me about questions & concerns, he did not. Jason was great intially super friendly. I asked to handle 2 problems for me, neither were taken care of & when I asked him, I believe he was disingenuous...

Came to this place for a very specific car with a very special story behind it. I’m sure people come to Mike Ward Maserati to buy not just any car, but THE CAR. Story behind it big or small, happy or sad. The he entire team worked so hard to make my story come true. Larry is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure I get my “Blueberry “ He made me feel welcomed, important, part of the family.
