My family was in the market for a travel trailer this weekend. After attending the RV show at Anaheim stadium, we headed over to the Mike Thompson RV show event. Once at Mike Thompson's the sales person who helped us was clearly intoxicated and was making racial jokes after 2 minutes of meeting my family. There were no prices or spec sheets on many of the trailers we looked at so naturally we had to ask our intoxicated sales person. Bought my new RV in October...had nothing but problems..took it back to Fountain Valley, to have things fixed , from Palmdale CA "90" miles one way I might add...3 times...they can't fix shit....soo unhappy....and to top it off, my remote control for the main tv , is now missing...horrible service...never again!!!
This is a Miss trustful company. Don't buy from them. They love stringing you along. Never call back. �

Went here a week ago. Was asking to buy a little travel trailer but the Sales person never called me back, than i waited and still no response so I went down the street to DDRV where I bought my travel trailer there and they had better prices. The Sales people over here are very rude and trying to pressure me on buying a different travel trailer that I did not want.
