First time buyers beware!! Bought on April 18, still don't have complete owners packet. No main manual, no generator manual, no media info... just everything you need to use and enjoy!
They don’t take your trailer in for repairs on Saturday �I have to take a day off of work during the week so they can have Saturday off, customer isn’t the King at Mike Thompson RV
If I could I would give this place a cero I would. If you need to purchase a trailer go somewhere else. I tried to purchase a trailer and they had me waiting for almost 3 weeks to let me know we couldn't do the deal, with a signed contract and deposit.
