I felt disrespected and misled throughout my experience. The appointments I attended were ultimately a waste of time, and I endured months of excruciating pain waiting for an appointment that never came. I was told I would receive a call within a couple of weeks, so I assumed they were busy and allowed additional time before following up. Hygienist was friendly. Patient with the kids...receptionist wasn't the other one they had that was rude..I don't mean the older lady. She is great. But they had another one that was terrible...the one we had was easy going. I liked that. The one I didn't like asked me about my why my insurance changed and why I quite my old job. Said I never took my son to the smile garden when I did. He went more than twice. When she was nosing thru my personal information. She obviously didn't read the dates...I was so mad. I found them to be misleading and avoidant, but the receptionist's snide attitude was the topper for me.
My experience today was really great the dentist and assistant were caring and efficient they did a really great job on my filling. I also had a cleaning done and the dental assistant was very nice and he done a great job on my teeth and gave me the instructions for the Florida treatment.
