Took my car here for the second time this morning. Needed to get my oil changed since I am going out of town. Pep boys couldn't get me in at all. I called and Mike the Mechanic said I could drop it off on my way to work. Great customer service and they did a great job getting me in and out of there when I needed it. Will definitely start bringing my car here whenever I need anything done.
I was a first time customer to Mike the Mechanic today....and it definitely won't be my last!! They were overwhelmingly nice, attentive, quick and thorough... I think everyone should support local and "not the chains" anytime it is possible. Not to mention, their service was superior to any place I've ever been!!! Highly recommend MTM to anyone!!
Mike has been working on my cars for almost 20 years. I was very distrusting of mechanics after being taken advantage of by someone else. He always has explained the work, the bill and answered my seemingly never ending questions. I have referred family and friends, including my mom just last week ... all of whom have been very happy with the work and service.
Mike is the BEST! We use the Holly Springs location and Mike is always honest and reliable. We go ONLY to Mike with our family vehicles.
