Business needs to advertise no walk-ins on a sign outside business and in Google About. Something like "appointment only" would go a long way. It's a waste of time for customers like myself to go all the way to the business and then find out that unlike most hair salons, this place is appointment only. I've never seen a barber who does that. If it's the way they want to do it, that's OK but they need to advertise it.
Tried to get a haircut, my guy says he doesn't do walk in. I say OK can I call and come back before close. He says "I don't take new people."... Awesome business strategy
Mike isn't just an expert barber; he's a wise friend. I get as much out of our conversation as I do enjoying his precise and creative craftsmanship. And no TV--I love that!
