I will definitely recommend this awesome company to represent your home if you are looking to sell or rent. I've had the pleasure to be a customer for over 4 years and had never had a problem renting the home. When I read these comments I think people need to know that they have a job to do and so do other companies, and some times the timeline cannot be met due to other circumstances, but they will do their best to make sure all parties are taken care off and any problems is addressed and solved expeditiously.
Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The house we are renting has had so many issues from the get go, they always take entirely to long to get someone here to fix the issues, which up until now I have been a good sport about it, but my downstairs A/C broke, on the lease it says that the repair company will contact me " up to 24hrs" it's bn over 24hrs and when I brought that up to them, they were argumentative and try to say that it meant they had up to 24hrs to contact the repairman when it clearly say... read more
Made me move because I wouldn't get the payment in before the 5th every month. Stayed at the house 2+ years no problems. House had a lot of issues they would never fix. I was paying 900$ light bill for 6 months and showed them the records from SCEG because they wouldn't come fix the ac/heat unit. They didn't care at all Still took me to court for being late a few times in a row. Told me i had to move out in 20 days or it would be a immediate eviction. And I was paying them every month too.
