The most incredible builder with a fantastic design team! Mike and Marquita Stevens and their staff treat you like family when you work with them, or even if you don’t quite frankly. If you want a builder in the Knoxville area who cares about you and every little detail, these are your people. Hands down. They also build the coolest homes from high end modern lofts to massive luxury homes.

Our experience has been both good and bad. Do we feel we have a good home? For the most part. However, when problems arose we struggled getting things done properly. There were things they agreed were done improperly and fixed later, there were things we had to help them figure out how to fix (which we felt was odd as we are not the “professionals”) and there was a long term problem caused by faulty workmanship and addressed at the time and one year later that M.Stevens refuses to pay for.
