Rating – I recently recommend a relative of mine to purchase carpet and linoleum for their house from Mike and Sterlings. I made this recommendation based upon my previous favorable experience with them. This latest experience has turned out to be less than satisfying to say the least. First the purchase included tear-out and installation. The linoleum guy was suppose to remove the old flooring (as per the billing) but instead just laid thin set over the old floor.
