I had a Realestate agent that I thought would do a great job since he sold a property for my mom . Wrong !! This is a response to a recent 1-star review by a "local guide." The review was solely based on the buyer representation agreement/contract which I assume wasn't signed by the buyer. Regardless: nearly every other brokerage will have nearly identical clauses and stipulations. So to single out one brokerage in particular is unfair at best and quite possibly dubious. I am compelled to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Coldwell Banker Realty in Chicago, especially concerning their Buyer Representation Agreement. The aspects of this contract are nothing short of disturbing, leading me to question whether the individual who authored it was in possession of a sound mind—or perhaps fueled by something far more sinister.
