This is a response to a recent 1-star review by a "local guide." The review was solely based on the buyer representation agreement/contract which I assume wasn't signed by the buyer. Regardless: nearly every other brokerage will have nearly identical clauses and stipulations. So to single out one brokerage in particular is unfair at best and quite possibly dubious. I am compelled to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Coldwell Banker Realty in Chicago, especially concerning their Buyer Representation Agreement.
