Appointment made for 1:00. Got there 10minutes early. I was told they needed to keep the car for 3 days because they were backed up in orders. Why didn't they tell me that on the phone and I wouldn't have wasted my time. Their ser vice department is the worse in this area.
Friendly staff and very attentive! Everyone makes you feel welcomed and they are pretty fast. I love my Honda Civic!

Go to a different dealership! Mike Smith didn't pay off my trade in (a Honda I purchased from MS previously) for over a month, which had a direct impact on my credit. It took a month to get anyone to help me. They do not respond to repeated phone calls or emails. They obviously do not value their customers and pervious buyers at that. My first Honda purchase with MS, they gave my new license plates to the wrong person and that was a mess to clean up. Just go somewhere else.
Very professional and oil change was very quick.
