We almost exclusively use Mike Shaw for our shop needs. Marcos and Bailey are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They make sure we get our parts on time and get our repairs done. 10/10 recommend Marcos and Bailey.

Shawn in the parts department is a huge asset to this business. Being a DIY mechanic who owns a Subaru, Shawn is a valuable resource, and not only for parts. Shawn is a former tenured technician and as such, is very knowledgeable when it comes to Subaru repair. Shawn is friendly and more than happy to help with suggestions and ideas any time I am working on fixing my car. Big kudos to Shawn in the parts department and thanks for all the help.
