I had a disappointing experience at this Subaru dealership. The biggest issue was a lack of transparency. The new Forester I bought had over a hundred miles on it (and the finance person was quick to breeze past this information - they do benefit from a long, drawn out process so that the customers don’t fully realize what is buried under mountains of paperwork). i never write reviews for places, but am writing one here. i bought their $165 three appointment service plan when i bought a car there in april. used one of them, and then someone ran a stop sign and totaled that car. in october, i bought a second car from them and now it's due for an oil change. they won't allow me to use the two remaining service appointments on the second car that i bought from them, and won't give me a refund. get your cars serviced from people who know how to treat customers, not this place.
