If you are looking for a great vehicle, Derek with Greeley Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram is your man. Derek was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked over and did not fit the stereo type that we all think of, of a salesman pushing you uncomfortable into a vehicle that may not be right.
The service department. Unfortunately, has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve been given nothing but delays and excuses. The worst part? There is zero communication unless I reach out—no updates on the status of my service or any proactive efforts to keep me in the loop. Now that’s it’s Greeley and no longer Mike Shaw. I’m not as inclined to go. Had a bad experience with basic car package oil change and rotation. @Troy. Your service manager came out to me as I was pulling away… I had a lengthy conversation with him and he did his job to explain but I have moved on from your dealership. I always have to fight for warranty work whereas at the dealership I now visit has zero problems.
I will be coming back and getting the new Weibel maintenance plan. Under the new ownership they still honored my last maintenance contract that I had through Mike Shaw. Everyone was really friendly in service and checked up on me through out my visit.
If we could score a 0, we would. A year and a half ago, this shop “fixed”the thermostat in our jeep and as you can see below- that experience was awful. The thermostat that was replaced went out and it was supposed to be under warranty and these jokers told us that they didn’t replace the thermostat and that it was an after market thermostat. And they couldn’t fix it under the warranty. Until we found the paperwork and then they fixed it. Never have we had so many issues with a dealership or service shop. They tried to screw... read more
