VERY UNPLEASANT experience with a salesman this past Monday. Went in with my mother to look at the Trax and Trailblazer, salesman wanted to talk finance first and I told him we wanted to test drive before we talked money. Was IMMEDIATELY given an attitude and told that I can’t talk to him that way. I told him we were undecided on a vehicle and it didn’t make sense to talk money BEFORE we knew what vehicle we wanted. I was able to get my vehicle right in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Brittany at the front desk was very understanding and friendly. My vehicle was also done by the end of the day, which was faster than I had expected.
Customer service was great, in and out in a timely manner.
