From the moment I walked into the service department it was a wonderful experience. I had made an appointment for 8am for an oil change, tire rotation, and checking on a check engine light. Nothing was found to be faulty as I’m sure it was a dirty sensor of some kind. I live on a dirt road and when it rains, things get messy. The whole process was timely, the staff was pleasant, and the entire shop seemed very well run. I’m looking forward to building my 26 Colorado Trail Boss!
My Suburban completely died while I was in Bluffton (from Atlanta) caring for my elderly aunt and uncle. The dealer got me in right away and prioritized getting the car repaired so could return home. The service manager called me personally after my dealer in Atlanta contacted them, and Franklin in the service department helped get the car seen immediately and repaired. They were really terrific!
Brittany Yeager has been of great help to me when I bring in any of the three vehicles I have purchased in the last 8 years. The service to my vehicles has always been prompt and professional.
