On my 4th leased vehicle from MRChevrolet & never had issues & always gave me lowest payment. was a pleasure to do business with Steve Skulnik the manager as he went out of his way to make it right for me again. He also gave me a few free oil changes & tire rotations to keep my vehicle in top shape. The service department are always helpful Shawn & Brittney never let me down when I had a issue. Best & honest place to do business & they do not push you unlike other dealers.
Three stars due to the issue and the price to fix something that should be covered. The MR Chevy team is excellent. They do great work and run a professional organization. That said, I am driving a 2023 Tahoe and the battery was dying daily. They figured out it was a wiring issue with the driver side lumbar system that was draining the battery. The car has 40K miles and I have never used the lumbar system. The cost to fix it was close to $800. I chose to have it capped and shut off, but they still "had to" charge me $250. I ... read more

Greeted in person. They already had me in the system and knew what I needed. All I had to do is go eat breakfast down the street.
