I was helped out by Derek Besonon and Derek Hickman. They were able to come up with a great number for my trade, and were more than accommodating with negotiations. I will definitely be back to Mike Raisor.
Used the service department. Very quick and courteous. Customer lounge well equipped.
They also have horrible customer service in their service shop and I will not be using them again and I would discurage anyone else from using them as well.
I would recommend anyone that's looking for a car or truck to shop Mike Raisor GMC and go see Derek Besonen. He has jumped through and went through every obstacle possible to get me what I wanted. I'm on number 7 and look forward to doing more business with him. Everyone there makes you feel at home. Thanks Derek Besonen for all of your help and time.
Avoid this dealer at all costs. Bought a new cadillac ELR. Come to find out 1 week after buying it that the car has a bad carfax and was in an accident while the dealer still owned the veh. They did not disclose this to me. So now I have a brand new ELR with extreme diminished value. I called the dealer and they admitted to the accident however said they were not obligated to tell me according to indiana state laws.
