The truck department service is a joke. Manager does a great job protecting his companies assets. Even if they mess up someone's vehicle they don't own it because they're trained professional technicians. They don't make mistakes he reassured me. I laughed at this as everybody makes mistakes. The first time we leased a vehicle from here we spoke to a very knowledgeable product specialist. Unfortunately, he was no long with them when we went back 8 months later to lease another vehicle. We met with another great product specialist, Doug Speaks. My wife and I now have two new vehicles because this place, not only, treated us with respect but never forced anything on us. Jon Jenkinson, the Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure that my son got his vehicle back the very next morning as it is his only transportation to and from work and he lives on his own. I have had over 20 years of dealing with Mike Raisor. I bought my Pontiac there 20 years ago and traded it in for my beautiful Cadillac a few years ago. Bill Draper is an awesome salesman and everyone I talk to when I'm in there are so polite. Made waiting on my car fun�. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work all of you !!
