Feel like Family – I am deeply impressed by Mike Pruitt Honda. The show room is great, the staff is great and I love feeling like family while I am there. I read some of the reviews and feel bad that the customers who weren't happy didn't let upper Management know...Mike Pruitt will do anything to fix an unhappy customer experience. I have had my car for 2.5 years each time...if service was ever needed I got top of the line service and even a loaner car. I love this place.
They staff is awesome – The staff at Mike Pruitt Honda are very friendly and courteous. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door which is a plus in my book. My vehicle was ready to go in no time at all and in less time then estimated. Kathy was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Mike Pruitt Honda to all my friends and family with confidence that they will be well taken care of.
Mike Pruitt Honda has Excellent service!! – My experience at Mike Pruitt Honda was great. The employees were very welcoming they called me by name which made me very comfortable. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and was taken care of without delay. My van was ready in less time than anticipated. I would definitely recommend this service department to my friends and family and will be returning for all my repairs.
