Mike is amazing. Excellent negotiating and follow up skills. Mike knows all about how to build and repair homes. Putting him in an elite group of Real estate people. Really good at deciphering closing costs and mortgage terms as well. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is our realtor for life.
Mike Pray and his team have been wonderful to work with! Super friendly and professional. They payed attention to every detail from paperwork, mortgage questions, repairs that needed to be done on the sellers end, inspections, etc. They were on time for every showing appointment. They are great at communicating and follow-up on every loose end. I would recommend them 100%!
We enjoyed our time with Mike Pray! We did not know him to start, however, he was a referral from a friend. He took care of us as we were shopping for a home out of state, sight unseen.
