This is a business This is a business with a phenomenal customer service focus. My wife and I have been taking our cars there for the last couple of years and have always been impressed with their focus on making things right. They do solid repairs, don't try to upsell, and give on-target quotes. On the rare occasion that they couldn't fix something the first time, they made the next repair at their cost. Above and Beyond Dear Mike and all other staff at Mike Palmer Automotive, sometime last month, I brought my little Ford Ranger in for a new exhaust system. I just wanted to say that all of you went above and beyond and went the extra mile in providing me with professional and courteous service. Your shop gave me a substantial amount of savings for a service and parts that would have been expensive elsewhere.
The most friendly and honest auto repair shop! This is the most friendly and honest auto repair shop i have ever encountered. My car needed some minor adjustments in order to pass the state inspection this year. I presumed this would require expensive repairs. Mikes employees adjusted the brakes at no charge to me, and replaced a break light bulb that i could not, all with a smile! Love these guys! Love these guys! Mike Palmer Auto rocks! I never feel like I was being talked down to or up charged just because I'm a female. They do the work super-quick, have really reasonable prices and the work is top-notch. I've never had a problem with anything these guys have fixed, and they undercut everyone else around.
Good customer service! I tried to convince your people that I needed a new rear differential which is a $1,500 or so job. they instead fixed the U-joints for $200. now all is well. thanks for not charging me for something I didn't need even though I was clearly willing to pay for it.
Good results I had problems with front tie rows and they did a good job repairing all necessary parts. My car repairs completed with good results.
