Went out of his way for me Mike Palmer went out of his way to fit me in on a day he was already busy. He lent me a loaner car making it possible for me to drop of my car at his shop and still keep up with my busy day.

Incomparable The Techs at Mike Palmer Auto diagnose problems with your vehicle and then will show you what the problem is. They explain everything in detail so you can understand what is wrong. Overall my experience has been great every time I have gone to the shop. They always do a good job at a low price.

Highly recommend I always have a wonderful experience when I come in here. My last service MPA took my car right in and after servicing had a problem, they let me keep the loaner car- NO charge! .. Figured out the problem and charged me for parts only- No one does that!! I never have to worry about any of our car repairs as long as I live and MPA is there. We tell everyone about you!
Amazing Service! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I was told by my dealership that my breaks needed to be replaced. I just wanted a second opinion so i took my car to Mike Palmer Automotive. Mike had checked them all around and to my astonishment my breaks were just fine. What i appreciate the most is knowing that if it doesn't need to be fixed they won't rip me off and do it anyway!
