Great service, great prices, and honesty My wife's van started making noise when braking, right after a service at the dealer they identified poor quality parts were used and said the brakes were noisy but safe!!! Great service, great prices, and honesty. Thank you for prolonging our vehicle.

Went out of his way for me Mike Palmer went out of his way to fit me in on a day he was already busy. He lent me a loaner car making it possible for me to drop of my car at his shop and still keep up with my busy day.

Customer Service!! Brought the car in to have the power steering flushed. I also needed an inspection. They took my car to be inspected though it was not a direct service they offer and they offered me a ride and pick up from where I needed to go.
I am happy I am happy overall with the service to my car as well as the customer service. Mike Palmer seems to go above and beyond where others just do the minimum!
My new mechanics. Honest, trustworthy, full of integrity, worth more than what they charge but glad they don't. Other mechanics were rude and other were liars... but mike palmer's mechanics rooted out the real problem and fixed ONLY what was needed.
